چکیده

In this study, it was aimed to optimize the biosynthesis of silver nanoparticles with a Box-Behnken design. The white propolis extract utilized as reduction and stabilizing agent. synthesized using solution were optimized by design considering effect certain independent variables such microwave power, time, concentration AgNO3 (silver nitrate). A quadratic polynomial model used in mathematical modeling response surface analysis performed determine variable-response relationship. optimum synthesis conditions determined 10 mM concentration, 0.3 VExt/VAg, 150 watts 35 seconds. characterized FTIR (Fourier Infrared) spectroscopy, UV-VIS (Ultraviolent visible) spectrophotometry, DLS (Dynamic Light Scattering). addition, antibacterial activity tested against Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), Klebsiella pneumonia (K. pneumoniae), Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa), Enterococcus faecalis (E. faecalis) strains. It observed that had higher compared extract.
